Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Law and Motion Associate – Of Counsel for a fully remote position based in Providence, RI. Qualifications

• Admitted to CA state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CA employment litigation for Associate role consideration.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel level, with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
