PMV Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead the U.S. launch of rezatapopt.

Remote work, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape HCP marketing strategy, develop educational initiatives, and lead launch-ready promotional programs across digital and personal channels. You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, and Analytics to translate market insights into actionable commercial plans, build scalable processes, and drive performance through

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, including oncology/hematology/rare disease.
• Experience supporting a U.S. pharma product launch, including pre-launch planning and HCP strategy development.
• Experience developing HCP messaging, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence in a matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of U.S. HCP marketing plans supporting launch readiness and commercialization.
• Translate market insights, clinical developments, and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial recommendations.
