Job summary

Rezo Therapeutics in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Program Management to scale and lead program management within the R&D organization. You will translate company goals into executable plans, collaborate with PTLs, and drive strategy, risk assessments, and timelines for advanced programs.

The role leads a cross-functional team through IND submission to clinic, evolves best practices, and partners with executive leadership to standardize procedures and processes across functions.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Typically, 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma; startup experience desirable.
• Certified in Project/Program Management (PMP, CAPM).
• Experience as PM for IND-enabling studies and cross-functional programs.
