Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma with startup experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects across matrix organizations.
• PM credential (PMP/CAPM) or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Translate company goals into actionable program plans with measurable deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional program meetings to drive strategy, decisions, and risk assessment.
• Create master timelines and plans for initiation and completion of activities.
• Oversee external collaborations with SRAs, CROs, and industry partners.
