Job summary

Rezolute, a late-stage rare disease company, seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations in the United States to translate priorities into operational plans and manage cross-functional initiatives. You will support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities with governance and infrastructure building.

You will develop scalable processes, oversee systems like Veeva, and collaborate with IT, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical Medical Affairs operations.
• Experience with Medical Affairs governance, SOPs, and compliance.
• Experience implementing or optimizing Veeva platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate Medical Affairs strategies into operational plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers.
• Coordinate Medical Affairs initiatives from planning through execution.
• Support launch readiness through infrastructure, systems, and governance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and risk logs to track performance.
