Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Launch Manager to orchestrate cross-functional product launches across a portfolio of software products, from intake through general availability and post-launch review. The role partners with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Pricing and Operations to drive alignment, readiness, and momentum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Launch Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or related cross-functional SaaS roles.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across many teams and priorities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple launches.
• Skilled facilitator and communicator with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment.
• Critical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launches end-to-end with cross-functional alignment.
• Apply Launch Execution Framework with tailored governance.
• Facilitate Launch Team meetings and readiness reviews.
• Surface risks and blockers, coordinate mitigations.
• Provide visibility into launch health and leadership attention.
• Manage several concurrent launches and improve tooling.
