Job summary

Mahati Systems, Inc is seeking a Start-up Strategy Leader to orchestrate bringing new products to market, bridge Marketing, Sales, and Eng. You will develop launch plans with strategy, budget, and timeline, and manage execution across teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a ~10-person dev/test team, deep involvement in product details, and strong capabilities in Gen AI/ML, cloud platforms, and CI/CD strategies. Flex hours and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading startups and relevant experience.
• Manage development and testing teams of a small organization (~10).
• Experience launching software products and involved in project details.
• Bring out the best in team members.
• Experience with Gen AI or machine learning platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Willing to work across hours and manage remote workforce.
• Available to team members and report to executives in USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate bringing new products to market, bridging Marketing, Sales and Eng.
• Develop launch plans with strategy, budget and timeline.
• Manage execution, track KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Ensure operational readiness and post-launch analysis.
