Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading complex marketing, product launch, PMO, or business operations initiatives within enterprise tech.
- Experience delivering high-visibility launches with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Launch Program Leadership across multiple workstreams and executives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align product readiness, marketing activation, and field preparation.
- Develop executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and launch scorecards.
- Mentor teams to anticipate risks, blockers, and opportunities for rapid resolution.
- Drive double-loop improvements using AI tools to optimize launch processes.
