The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop sales plans, coordinate with distributors, and lead cross-functional teams to meet divisional goals while traveling about 50% to key markets and partners.

You will oversee product and parts sales for commercial golf, irrigation, and grounds, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to achieve growth across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, advanced Spanish required.
• 10+ years in sales and marketing with multi-channel experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop business plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales plans for Latin America & Caribbean.
• Coach and lead sales staff; drive attainment of sales & profitability goals.
• Build and manage distributor relationships; expand market share.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with Customer Care; support product launches.
• Travel approximately 50% to designate markets and distributors.
