Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop plans for Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and related products through distributors, while building cross-functional relationships with customers, marketing, and leadership.

The role requires travel ~50% and leadership of the Latin America sales team. Bachelor's in business or marketing and advanced Spanish are required; 10+ years of sales/marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales & profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate with Customer Care to resolve field issues and provide technical sales support.
• Lead and communicate with regional employees on goals, policies, and strategies.
• Drive distributor relationships and adjust strategies to maximize sales.
• Develop distributors to improve performance and train sales teams.
• Create and implement plans to enter identified opportunities.
• Evaluate distributor performance through feedback from customers and stakeholders.
