Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in CNC turning.
• Strong commercial, communication, and matrixed collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the lathe/turning line of business.
• Drive profitable bookings, margin, and production pipeline growth.
• Set targets, pursue new turning demand, and partner with Sales and Marketing.
• Act as turning expert and support production programs end to end.
