Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join the US Lateral Conflicts Team. This fully remote role supports effective compliance controls for recruitment and onboarding of lateral hires, ensuring protection of confidential information and adherence to legislative requirements.

Reports to the Lateral Conflicts Manager. The role involves conducting conflict of interest checks for lateral candidates, coordinating the clearance process, and maintaining strong internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international law firm or professional services/financial services.
• Experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest for lateral hires is desirable.
• Understanding of Elite and Intapp Open conflict checking systems is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict of interest checks for lateral candidates (partners, associates, staff).
• Conduct legal conflict checks specific to lateral hires and related matters.
• Organize and track the clearance process for lateral candidates.
• Coordinate with Recruitment to ensure complete conflict questionnaires.
