Dairy Challenge is seeking a remote LATAM sales leader to develop and manage high-profile accounts across Cheese, Taste & Flavor. You will drive profitability, build cross-functional relationships, and shape regional strategies from a US base.

The role requires 8+ years in sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong data-driven selling with Salesforce and Power BI. Expect 50–75% travel and seamless collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, food science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related role.
• Dairy or food industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage accounts and territories to drive sales performance.
• Lead LATAM sales strategy and execution, including new business expansion.
• Develop and execute account plans and territory strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance to deliver solutions.
• Maintain CRM data and pipeline visibility.
