Saputo Cheese USA Inc. seeks an accomplished Commercial Leader to drive a global strategy for a multi-market dairy ingredients business.

You will own P&L, guide pricing, and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to deliver sustainable growth. The role requires extensive experience in enterprise-level commercial leadership within food ingredients or dairy, with a track record of profitability, forecasting discipline, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in food ingredients, dairy, or a closely related B2B industry.
• Proven ownership of a sizable P&L with profitable revenue growth, margin expansion, and reliable forecasts.
• Experience leading sales, marketing, or business development at enterprise or business-unit level.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global commercial strategy across regions, markets, and channels.
• Own commercial P&L delivery, including revenue, volume, margin, and working capital outcomes.
• Lead sales, business development, and key account management across multinational and regional networks.
• Partner with R&D and technical teams to shape the innovation portfolio and commercialization plans.
