Job summary

Partner Dairy Company seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in the U.S. dairy sector. This role manages key accounts, develops strategic plans, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.

The candidate will lead sales processes, build forecasts, and engage in high-level customer meetings, with up to 50% travel to support customer development and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or related field with 5–7 years in the dairy industry.
• Master's degree preferred; in lieu, 3+ years relevant dairy experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and update sales budgets for assigned customers, territories, and product lines, focusing on revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Build accurate sales forecasts and reporting to support planning, production and inventory management.
• Lead strategic territory plans to optimize customer coverage and resources.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth programs to expand partnerships.
• Travel up to 50% and represent the business at industry events and customer meetings.
