Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute a successful sales cycle across the assigned area.
Use dairy market knowledge to maximize profitability and meet volume and profit targets.
Identify new opportunities and lead prospecting and calls.
Lead trade lanes, tariff advantages, and country dynamics in the region.
Engage in contracting, spot buying, and sales of dairy products.
Maintain key and regional customer relationships and develop new business.
Develop and maintain supply relationships and provide supply opportunities for GRM.
Establish pricing with profitability targets.
Collect and present market insights for DFA strategy and GRM planning.
Develop annual sales plans and execute opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer care and resolve issues with DFA teams.
Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
