• Requires experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in iGaming recruitment is highly desirable or experience in recruitment with game/online gambling industries.
• Fluency in Portuguese/Spanish and professional proficiency in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, head-hunting, screening, interviews, and client presenting.
• Manage candidate pipelines and referrals; conduct video interviews and assessments.
• Build relationships with employers and candidates across LATAM and international markets.
