Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll and HR admin experience for 100+ employees.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficient with payroll platforms, HRIS, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for ~225 employees across two divisions.
• HR administration, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and employment verification.
• Support accounts payable data entry and budget tracking as needed.
