Job summary

MyVASupport is seeking a high-ownership Full-Cycle Sales Executive to build pipeline, run discovery, present solutions, and close deals for LATAM clients. This fully remote role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication and a proactive, scripting-free approach.

You will lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, proposals, and follow-ups while refining messaging based on market feedback. The role offers uncapped commissions in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in B2B sales
• Experience prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
• Experience running discovery and closing calls
• Self-starter who does not require rigid scripts
• Comfortable in early-stage, growth-focused environments
