Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead Last Mile Operations to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. You will assist in day-to-day operations and help drive improvements across the warehouse and carrier network.

Ideal candidates will lead a 15–20 person team, use metrics to identify improvements, and train staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets while fostering strong relationships with carriers and drivers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 warehouse material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders daily.
• Leverage operational metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable plans.
• Train material handlers to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Foster positive relationships with warehouse staff, contract carriers, and driver helpers.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas and restructure routes.
