Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in the insurance field.
• One year of insurance industry experience, preferably with large commercial accounts.
• Experience with $500K+ premium accounts and complex risk exposure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal preparation for assigned portfolios to support profitability and pricing.
• Evaluate account risk profiles and determine renewal eligibility.
• Review loss runs, classifications, and coordinate rating activities.
• Prepare new submissions for underwriter evaluation.
• Build relationships with agents and brokers to support retention and growth.
• Approve endorsements and analyze impact of policy changes.
