You will negotiate terms with brokers, build strong market relationships, and serve as a trusted resource for EMC's Large Accounts capabilities, contributing to portfolio performance and growth. This role offers remote options for eligible locations and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial underwriting experience.
• Experience with large accounts and complex risk profiles preferred.
• CPCU designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a profitable Large Accounts portfolio within authority and territory.
• Evaluate complex multi-line accounts for pricing, coverage, risk selection.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for Large Account business.
• Build relationships with brokers and agents to drive growth and retention.
• Educate agency partners on EMC's Large Accounts capabilities.
• Monitor market trends to inform underwriting and growth strategies.
