Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Land Survey Manager to support our Maryland team, with remote work options within Maryland. Lead both office and field survey operations including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and drone mapping; mentor staff and ensure compliance and accuracy.

The role requires strong surveying methods knowledge, licensing progress within 6 months, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards. Extensive field and data analysis experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying preferred; MD PLS license within 6 months ideal.
• Minimum 6 years in professional surveying.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead office and field survey operations (boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, etc.).
• Plan and manage survey projects to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
