Job summary

Verdantas LLC in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Land Survey Manager to lead diverse survey projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in surveying, proficiency with advanced surveying tools, and effective team management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for PLS license in Maryland within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in professional surveying.
• Current FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee diverse types of surveys including Boundary, Topography, ALTA/NSPS.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage survey projects to completion.
• Mentor and train junior surveyors and technicians.
