Job summary

Verdantas is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to support our growing survey team in northern New England. The role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary group across NH, ME, VT, MA, and beyond, using cutting-edge tools for precise boundary and site surveys.

You will perform conventional and GPS computations, supervise field crews, and prepare final surveys and engineering basemaps. Strong field capabilities and CAD experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of land surveying experience in northern New England or similar.
• Ability to manage projects and client relations.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform conventional and GPS computations and analysis.
• Supervise field crews and stakeout survey projects.
• Prepare boundary, subdivision, and site surveys.
• Create engineering basemaps for civil and structural design.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, geologists, and others.
