Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Land Solutions Project Manager to support electric transmission and ROW initiatives across North Texas. This role is remote with in‑person engagement preferred in North Texas.

You will lead easement negotiations, budgets, schedules, and contract management, while delivering regular financial and progress reports. Coaching and mentoring will be part of your responsibilities as you build trust with the client and regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years PM experience in electric transmission, utility infrastructure, energy, or land/right‑of‑way projects.
• Experience with easement acquisition and land agreements for transmission/high‑voltage projects.
• Experience negotiating ROW easements, surface agreements, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, property transactions, and damage settlements.
• Familiarity with utility project lifecycles, regulatory considerations, and landowner coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities for electric transmission projects across North Texas.
• Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, and related land agreements.
• Establish project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; manage contracts and sub‑consultants.
• Provide regular financial and progress reporting to leadership and client.
• Coach and mentor project team members and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation in Vision and oversee invoicing/collections.
