Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an innovative Land Solutions Assistant Developer Manager, Renewables to support development teams across renewables projects. This remote role focuses on coordinating financial feasibility, engineering, permitting, and contract negotiations to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will help prepare proposals, manage project plans, and liaise with clients and third parties, building skills toward a Development Manager role while contributing to profitable project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Public Policy, Environmental, Land Planning, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in development project management preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the development process to help ensure timely, cost effective, and competitive results.
• Assist in coordinating key functions such as financial feasibility analysis, engineering/design, project legal review, permitting activities and financial negotiations.
• Assist in establishing project objectives; Collaborate with the Development Manager, client, and management.
• Help develop the project proposal and assist with invoicing and tracking of accounts receivable.
• Assist in establishing the project plan: timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.
• Support organization of the project team: assemble and coordinate Atwell team members, sub-contractors, vendors, etc.
