Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience focused on electric transmission and land/right-of-way projects.
• Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements related to infrastructure projects.
• Experience negotiating ROW easements and managing project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities for electric transmission infrastructure.
• Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and project milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regional presence and identifying expansion opportunities.
