Qualifications

• Associate's in Paralegal, Business, Real Estate, Other Related Degree, Political Science, or Surveying & Topography (or HS/GED + 4 years' experience in lieu of degree)
• Experience: 2 years related work experience
• Bachelor's in related field; 3-5 years' experience; Paralegal Certification; Industry certification (e.g., IRWA)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and Support RS I and vendor personnel.
• Perform Research (core duties plus real estate law knowledge for acquisition projects).
• Communication with team and stakeholders.
• Data Management and documentation to ensure data integrity.
