Job summary

Century Complete in the Greater Charlotte area is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to identify new land opportunities and manage data to maximize profitability of assets. You will conduct research, provide analysis and coordinate with the land team.

Key duties include contacting landowners and brokers, gathering site information, preparing financial proformas, performing residual analyses, and supporting LOIs and submittals to the Asset Management Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Homebuilding/Residential construction or land acquisitions is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and local land market relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify new land acquisition opportunities aligned with the division's land strategy.
• Contact landowners and brokers to gather site information and build relationships.
• Prepare financial proformas, run residual analyses, and update forecasts.
• Assist in LOI preparation and submittals to the Asset Management Committee.
• Use mapping tools and CMA data to analyze market conditions.
• Stay informed on zoning, entitlements, and development requirements.
