This role involves coordinating with Real Estate partners, data management of land rights, and occasional on-site meetings after onboarding. A valid driver’s license and notary availability within the first year are required.

Performs basic research to support document preparation and validate the company's land rights - researching internal/external databases and county records to determine property ownership and identify existing rights for infrastructure installation, operation, and maintenance. Supports new construction, rebuilds, major projects, and relocations.
