Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Labor Resource Manager for NY/NJ TechOps to lead strategic planning, scheduling, and deployment of labor resources across regional projects. You will coordinate with Project Management, Field Operations, Service, and subcontractors to maximize utilization, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent experience, 3+ years of labor resource management, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 10 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing labor resources, field operations, installation teams, or project execution activities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, allocation, and deployment of site supervisors, installation technicians, commissioning resources, and subcontractors across NY/NJ region.
• Forecast labor requirements based on project pipelines and priorities.
• Coordinate labor with Project Managers, Service teams, and subcontractors to align with project schedules.
