Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Labor and Employee Relations Business Partner to manage union interactions, investigations, and compliance with labor laws.

You will advise managers, handle disciplinary actions, and support performance management initiatives. The role involves guiding management through labor contracts, grievance processes, and training programs, while promoting CBRE RISE values and positive workplace relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in employee and labor relations, preferably in a federal contracting environment.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for employee and labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and federal labor laws.
• Conduct workplace investigations and draft disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Advise managers on labor laws, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution.
