Job summary

4Sightsupplychain seeks a Labor Management Consultant to design, configure, deploy and optimize Manhattan Associates Labor Management solutions within distribution environments. You will translate operational workflows into system configuration, develop engineered labor standards, support UAT, and deliver training to supervisors and industrial engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on LMS experience, data analysis, and collaboration with WMS and operations to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of LMS experience, preferably Manhattan LMS.
• Hands-on experience with engineered labor standards and industrial engineering methods.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations, workflows, and metrics.
• Experience participating in or leading LMS implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of Manhattan LMS within warehouse and distribution operations.
• Conduct operational assessments to identify labor gaps and productivity opportunities.
• Configure and validate engineered standards, preferred methods, and discrete standards.
• Translate workflows into system configuration: engineered standards setup, reason codes, and security roles.
• Support UAT planning, script development, execution, and defect resolution.
• Deliver training to supervisors and industrial engineering teams on LMS functionality.
• Analyze labor performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Document designs, configuration decisions, and operational procedures.
