Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Labor Law Counsel in the US to lead bargaining strategy and advise HR on labor relations across the AMR region. The role negotiates CBAs, resolves union-related matters, and collaborates with HR and leadership.

The attorney will coordinate with outside counsel for arbitrations and compliance, and develop training materials to strengthen labor capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree required; Labor Relations or HR focus preferred.
• Experience leading CBA negotiations and labor relations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and leads collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
• Provides strategic counsel to senior executives, HR leadership and partners.
• Identifies and resolves high-risk union matters and oversees actions.
• Acts as point of contact for outside counsel on arbitrations, litigation, and audits.
• Provides legal advisory support to HR on day-to-day labor relations issues.
• Develops labor training programs, tools, templates, and reference materials.
