Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice and counseling on labor relations issues including concerted activity and union organizing campaigns.
• Manage NLRB investigations and related government investigations and litigation.
• Lead proactive training on labor relations topics.
• Assess, select, and supervise outside counsel.
• Partner with employee relations and HR teams to deliver actionable guidance.
