Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced Labor Law Counsel to lead labor strategy and negotiations with unions across the AMR region, serving as the primary negotiator on CBAs and advising HR on day-to-day employee life cycle matters.

This attorney-level role partners with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence, developing training materials, policies, and reference tools to strengthen labor relations capabilities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission in good standing.
• At least three (3) years of professional labor law experience.
• Experience leading CBA negotiations and handling union petitions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead collective bargaining agreement negotiations and related discussions.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior executives and HR on complex labor matters.
• Develop training programs, templates, and policies to strengthen labor relations capabilities.
