Job summary

JLL is seeking a Labor Law Counsel to lead labor strategy and negotiation with unions across the AMR region. The role serves as the primary negotiator on CBAs and provides strategic legal guidance to management and HR on risk mitigation and employee life cycle matters.

The position partners with HR Centers of Excellence and business-line leadership to build labor training programs, tools, and templates that strengthen JLL's labor relations capabilities globally. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree required; labor relations or related field preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience in labor law and/or labor and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and discussions.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior executives, HRBP, and HR leadership on complex labor matters.
• Manage union petitions and transitions involving unionized employee populations; advise HR on life cycle matters.
• Serve as legal advisor to HR on day-to-day labor relations issues, including hearings and investigations.
• Conduct training on labor and employment law topics; develop and refine policies and processes.
