Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at Of Counsel / Junior Partner level for a national practice. The role focuses on handling both single-plaintiff matters and wage & hour class actions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage & hour matters, FEHA exposure, and advising employers on compliance. A portable book is not required; CA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with wage & hour matters.
• Exposure to FEHA claims.
• Advising employers on compliance.
• Candidates with plaintiff and defense experience encouraged; prior billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle both single-plaintiff employment matters and complex wage & hour class actions.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Take ownership of sophisticated, high-impact matters.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategy.
