Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Georgia state bar in good standing.
• Proven experience with discovery, trial preparation, court representation, and legal writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills across many cases.
• Proficient in legal research and writing with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas.
• Excellent negotiation skills with history of successful outcomes.
• Proficient in legal software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Advise clients on labor and employment rights and responsibilities.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordinating with expert witnesses.
• Conduct discovery and respond to requests, take depositions, review documents.
• Negotiate settlements for disputes.
• Comply with legal standards and stay current on labor and employment laws.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
