Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. The role focuses on sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience, strong litigation skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
