Jobot is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join a national plaintiff-side practice with remote work from the Atlanta market. The role requires GA and AL bar admission and handling employee-side matters across Georgia and Alabama, with substantial bonus potential in addition to base compensation.

The position emphasizes advocacy, litigation, and client interaction in a remote setup while staying connected to a strong Atlanta-based legal market.

Qualifications

• Active license in Georgia and Alabama
• Meaningful experience in Labor & Employment law
• Plaintiff-side or employee-side experience preferred
• Strong litigation background
• Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases and interacting with clients
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Represent employees in a broad range of labor and employment matters
• Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other documents
• Handle discovery and depositions
• Participate in mediations, settlements and hearings
• Communicate with clients regarding strategy and status
• Handle employment litigation in state and federal courts
