Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of laboratory instruments and consumables across the Southeast. The role is remote with travel up to 60–75% and requires a scientific/technical degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

You will build relationships, present technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and expand accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline; 2–5 years of relevant sales or technical experience.
Background in chromatography, analytical instrumentation, or environmental chemistry is a plus.
Strong ability to interpret technical literature, standards, and regulatory docs.
Excellent written and verbal communication; report writing and presentations.
Comfort with applying statistics and mathematical concepts.
Experience with databases/ERP; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and expand existing accounts for laboratory instruments and consumables in the Southeast region.
Meet or exceed territory sales goals each fiscal year.
Create and execute a territory plan with seminars, demonstrations, and outreach campaigns.
Research and expand account profiles to uncover new opportunities.
Build product expertise and clearly present technical benefits to customers.
Coordinate with technical support, channel partners, and inside sales to drive sales.
