Job summary

ALUMIL USA is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Los Angeles area team and expand our commercial footprint in California. You will build partnerships with developers, dealers, fabricators, glazing contractors and provide technical support for our European aluminum systems.

Travel throughout the West Coast is expected while you collaborate with U.S. and international teams to deliver superior service and drive growth.

Qualifications

4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in building materials or fenestration.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with aluminum window/door systems is advantageous.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently within the West Coast.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand partnerships with dealers, fabricators, architects, and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and drive territory sales growth.
Promote high-performance aluminum systems with a consultative approach.
Provide basic technical support to partners.
Represent Alumil USA at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
Collaborate with U.S. and international operations to deliver excellent customer service.
Regularly report sales activity, market trends, and competitive insights.
Maintain CRM data accurately and consistently.
