Qualifications

• Experience in curtain wall, glazing, façade systems, or building envelope sales.
• Commercial construction processes and sales cycles knowledge.
• Ability to work directly with architects and construction stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of curtain wall systems, storefronts, windows, façade assemblies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, developers, GCs, and CMs.
• Drive opportunities from early design through award and execution.
• Support design-assist, budgeting, and technical discussions with engineering and operations.
• Identify new business opportunities in Rhode Island and New England.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at events and client presentations.
• Communicate project requirements to estimating, engineering, and operations teams.
