The role requires 6–12 months in a service desk or tech-support role, plus 6–12 months of professional customer service experience. Evening/overnight shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum six to twelve months in a service desk or technical support role.
• Minimum six to twelve months of customer service experience in a professional setting.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Availability for part-time weekdays from 12:30am to 4:30am EST.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT end-user support and first-level troubleshooting in English and Turkish.
• Reset passwords and diagnose hardware, software, and access issues across devices.
• Record, categorize, document, and close tickets with details; escalate when needed.
• Assess impact/urgency and suggest process changes to improve service quality.
• Build knowledge of service desk procedures and products to support metrics.
