Job summary

NATEK is seeking a skilled L3 Support Engineer to manage complex Azure, Microsoft 365, and AVD infrastructure. The role emphasizes high-availability operations, incident resolution, and automation across Azure services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a large-scale stabilization initiative, ensuring security, performance, and reliability in a 100% remote setup. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Azure, M365, AVD, networking, and scripting with PowerShell, plus

Qualifications

Proven experience in L3 infrastructure support.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, AVD, M365, and hybrid identity.
Solid networking understanding and performance troubleshooting.
Experience with incident diagnostics, problem management, and RCA.
PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced L3 support for Azure, M365, AVD, networking, identities, and Windows environments.
Investigate issues, coordinate diagnostics, escalations, and SLA-compliant resolutions.
Conduct RCA and implement long-term corrective actions.
Monitor performance, alerts, and security events using Azure tools.
Identify recurring challenges and opportunities for automation and optimization.
Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and related tech.
