Remote position is located in Georgia; must reside in Georgia and partner with managers to meet training needs, delivering onboarding, compliance, and role-based training with adaptable methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of training, coaching, or related experience.
• Experience supporting program development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs, materials and learning tools.
• Deliver instructor-led and e-learning sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training support.
• Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
