Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Partner, Learning & Development to lead onboarding and compliance training across Field and Operations. You will collaborate with Supply Chain and Transportation leaders and HR Partners, while managing Workday Learning content, reporting, and SOPs.

This full-time, remote role requires up to 20% travel to C&S locations across the U.S. You will design engaging curricula, support content creation, and drive adoption with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational leadership or equivalent.
• Experience delivering onboarding and compliance training.
• Hands-on LMS administration (ideally Workday Learning) with transcripts and course design.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for Field and Operations.
• Coordinate core compliance training rollout and LMS administration.
• Administer Workday Learning, manage content, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SOPs for LMS and publish learning content updates.
• Serve as Workday Learning liaison to HRIS for content design and delivery.
• Track training completion, compliance metrics, and program effectiveness.
• Create instructional materials and e-learning modules per governance standards.
• Support employees and managers with training questions and usage.
• Ensure training is delivered on time and documented.
