Swooped is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, Care Teams, to oversee training and onboarding logistics across markets. You will own the training calendar, coordinate SMEs and trainers, and ensure onboarding stays on schedule, reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations.

This fully remote role supports simultaneous market launches in Michigan and California, shaping curricula, templates, and metrics for continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in L&D or training program management.
• Experience scaling a program across multiple sites.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Translate operations training framework into session-level design with materials and activities.
• Manage trainers and contributors, including feedback on delivery quality.
• Build and maintain training calendar across markets and oversee session logistics.
• Own onboarding LMS and new hire onboarding checklist across markets.
